GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms regulate all users of all content of the domain https://www.valhallaliving.com/. The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Valhalla Living (henceforth: Valhalla Living may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site. Valhalla Living reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions.

SHOPPING
No binding purchase agreement between you and Valhalla Living has been made until you receive an order confirmation from us.

DELIVERIES
We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled within 7-21 business days, furniture and some items delivery time can be longer, we will inform the delivery date by e mail. All orders are subject to availability. When your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email.

SHIPPING CHARGES
For shipping charges, please view the Valhalla Living shipping prices.

PAYMENT & PRICES
We accept card payments by Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard. The full amount will be charged after checkout process. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Estonian VAT at 24 %.
Shipping costs will be added to your order. For shipping charges, please view the Valhalla Living shipping terms. 

COLLECTING ORDERS
All orders are shipped with a freight forwarder. Orders can be tracked via freight forwarder's website. Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items.

DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Valhalla Living web shop are in stock at the time of your order.
We cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Valhalla Living may at any time change the content of the site.
Though Valhalla Living strive to always display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Part of the services mediated through the site are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where we act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.
Valhalla Living cannot be held responsible for any damages caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. We cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the site.
We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
All goods purchased at https://www.valhallaliving.com/ are covered by the Estonian Sale of Goods Act. Please note that defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use or misuse, are not covered by the right of complaint.
The items you wish to return mush have been handed over to a freight forwarder no later than 14 days after you received you order.
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Valhalla Living cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or the package is damaged.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to us. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Valhalla Living will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
Exchanges and returns can only be made as described Valhalla Livingś instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at any of our retailers.
Please note that items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeur, Valhalla Living’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Valhalla Living can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Valhalla Living. A Force Majeur is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Valhalla Living will under such circumstances do everything we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Estonian law and you agree that the Estonian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Estonia and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website. Valhalla Living reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Violation of the site may be subject to prosecution.
